The restaurant’s design is centered around the concept of “naturalism”, creating an immersive dining experience that engages the visual, auditory, tactile, and gustatory senses. Located in a newly developed community on the outskirts of Hangzhou, the restaurant serves as a commercial carrier for third-party catering groups and a meeting place for residents, while also functioning as a reception center during the sales period. Karv One Design took on the challenge of creating a space that seamlessly combines the marketing function with the dining experience, using food and the act of eating as a connection between nature, people, and life. The restaurant is divided into four main themes based on the seasons: “Spring Sakura Park” for children to play, “Banxia Coffee” for beverage mixing, “Autumn Wood Light Food” as the main dining area, and “Winter Holly Private Banquet” for VIP rooms. The menu also follows the seasonal theme, serving naturalistic and simple dishes that fully immerse guests in the unique atmosphere of the restaurant. According to the designer, “After the rain in the mountains, everything is refreshed and renewed. Taking some time to enjoy food in such a beautiful setting is probably the most wonderful thing.” Thus, the restaurant was named “Afterain Flower Time Restaurant”, inviting guests to spend time and enjoy nature in this exquisite dining experience.
