With a massive volume of 420,000 square meters, it has become a true landmark commercial complex. How to interpret the multiple experiences of Foshan’s future CBD business and residential life through unique scene-based design is the starting point of Karv One Design’s thinking. Based on urban white-collar workers’ pursuit of spiritual and quality of life, Karv One Design, together with YUGUO Design, created a wandering experience for Vanke Foshan with the theme of “Ark” that combines a sense of the future and “unbounded” scenes, based on Foshan’s rapid economic development. Organically blending “slow life” and “fast pace” to create a new generation of social spaces that combine quality and fashion for Foshan’s urban high-net-worth individuals.
