Design and Photography by Kyle Chan & Associates Design Ltd. (Kyle Chan) Written by Christy Chan Inspired by the concept of a show unit with a stunning and stylish look, this design utilizes small modifications to create a multifunctional space that enhances the flow of everyday living. Catering to the high-quality demands of young professionals, premium materials such as luxurious marble, natural oak, cool mirror copper, and a mosaic-style side mirror are carefully selected to create a bright, exquisite, and comfortable home. Young professional homeowners have decided to renovate their living space to make it more comfortable. Through clever space planning, the originally open kitchen is now partitioned, and the dining and living room areas are combined into one space using a well-designed dining table and chairs. The master bedroom is also meticulously designed using high-tech materials and carefully planned bathroom placement to maximize the limited space, incorporating multi-functionality within the bedroom and introducing beautiful scenery through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. The newly renovated living space from the living room to the bedroom truly enhances the homeowners’ daily activities, making them more comfortable and reflecting their taste and personality.
