Tracing back to the source of community, you will find that, in essence, community is a collection of “people”. The first V League of Shenyang Vanke is located on the second floor of the residential lobby of the Dongwang terraced house. Karv One Design innovatively introduces the master-man’s thinking into the commercial logic of the composite space, and integrates it into the multi-dimensional scene of community operations, creating a third space of the community. Based on the research to on the community needs of 80s/90s families, the design team adapted visual symbols that boost community vitality with the dreamy “rainbow sky”, creating a ritual of returning home. Through the host’s living room, the community can be connected and grow up, so that various experience scenes such as reading, leisure, amusement, and office can really come alive. And V League is also moving from the community to the city, into a broader imagination. Contact Us
