The award-winning residence boasts panoramic views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Peak, yet its four-decade age posed challenges in functionality and comfort. Driven by the homeowner’s vision to “create a refined yet warm sanctuary for his family”, the design team revitalized the space with contemporary elegance while respecting its heritage.
