Karv One Design joined hands with Qingdao Vanke in the creation of a new generation community and life experience center. This project is an exemplar of innovative real estate design aiming at demonstrating a beautiful way of life in the city and making the use experience of the space as good as what meets the eyes. In the three-floor stand-alone building, elements of Qingdao city and nature are extracted, abstracted, and choreographed. Water, air, and sunlight are the three themed elements, which match beautifully with the different functional areas: brand display, cultural experience, business, reading, social networking and so on. As you walk inside, you can feel the harmony and diversity of life. Harmony and symbiosis are achieved between people and people, people and nature, and commerce and culture here as if this is a lone island in the city. In addition, the themed experience allows visitors to appreciate the philosophy and charm of the brand.

圍繞都市人居住美好生活方式，打造“所見即所得”的地產創新示範樣板，峻佳設計聯合青島萬科打造新一代美好社區&生活體驗中心。在這個獨棟三層空間中，設計以青島城市和大自然為靈感，將其簡化、抽象、編織成獨有的空間遊逛體驗。 “水、空氣、陽光”作為主題元素，串聯起三個樓層的品牌展示、文化、商務、閱讀、社交等不同功能模塊，藉由人於空間中的穿梭，創造一種和諧多姿的生活狀態。如同在城市打造一座獨立島嶼，在此中探索和呈現人與人、人與自然、商業與人文和諧共生的可能性。主題化的情境體驗，讓來訪者感受到品牌獨特的理念和魅力。
