The project is located in Xuzhou, China. Water nourishes cities and every living being on earth. It is also the reason why the beautiful land of Xuzhou could flourish. Water is what inspired Karv One Design to create the Water Elf. From Water Elf, the interior design and way-finding system were derived. They are in three primary colors of red, yellow and blue, fluid and changeable. They symbolize the forever-flowing and robust life and imply that imagination and creativity are free and versatile.

通過設想未來可能的生活情境，有了構建空間的可能。水作為滋養城市和萬物的源泉，也是承載徐州的夢想美好根基。基於此，從打造項目獨特的視覺記憶點和傳播符號出發，峻佳創造了「水精靈」，以獨特的形象 IP，延展出室內空間及空間視覺導視設計。設計有意模糊空間的界限和尺度，通過打造中央主造型空間「Dream Castle」，如同一個夢想堡壘，孵化一切美好和夢想的地方。紅、黃、藍三原色水精靈流動多態、游離變幻於任何場景之中，是無限流動和蓬勃孕育的生命力，寓意想像力與創造力是自由多變的，表達了品牌對於未來美好生活無限可能的探索。
