Karv One joins hands with Vanke real estate to conduct an experiment for sustainable development of home and community, a design that brings disruptive changes to the conventional real estate marketing model. Based on the concept of “Homeland Childhood·Dream ”, the project reawaken the pursuit of better living and created China's first children-themed sales center, which also coincides with Vanke's strategy of becoming urban amenity service provider.

峻佳設計聯手萬科地產,進行了一場關於家園與社區的可持續營造實驗,試圖以顛覆式設計驅動傳統地產營銷模式的轉變。本案圍繞“Homeland童·夢”概念,回歸居住的初心,結合万科地產作為城市配套服務商的戰略,打造出首家兒童主題售樓中心。項目的創新之處在於既能實現銷售與人文的共生,又會隨著時間遷移實現空間不同時期功能的轉變和延續。從前期以銷售為導向的售樓中心,到後期作為教育配套的幼兒園,最終演變為公共性的美好社區中心,與城市共生長。
